Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning patients, families, and other visitors.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain and update patient demographics, insurance information, and medical records.
- Help keep the clinic, treatment areas, and waiting room clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help ensure every patient has an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Word, and learning practice management software.
- Skilled in written and verbal communication with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
Schedule: Part-time weekday afternoons/evenings. Start time is flexible based on availability; however, availability through the end of the clinic day is required (approximately 6:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 5:45 p.m. Friday).
