Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lacrosse Coach to lead our team and foster a positive environment for skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lacrosse coaching and a commitment to mentoring young athletes. This role involves planning practices, developing game strategies, and promoting a love for the sport among players.

Duties
- Develop and implement practice plans that enhance players' skills and teamwork.
- Conduct regular training sessions focusing on fundamental skills, conditioning, and game strategies.
- Organize and lead team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor players' progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Collaborate with parents and school staff to support the athletes’ development both on and off the court.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience in coaching or playing lacrosse at a competitive level. Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Background in childcare or experience working with students in an educational or recreational setting
- Previous involvement in sports coaching or related mentorship roles is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in lacrosse but also passionate about developing young athletes into well-rounded individuals.
