GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITIONRegents Point in Irvine, CA, one of 20 HumanGood life plan communities recognized by US News & World Report in their inaugural “Best Senior Living” awards is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPNs) for Assisted Living.Under general supervision, actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their rehabilitation, independence and participation. Will provide care and assistance of residents in the Skilled Nursing arena and on limited occasions may supervise caregivers providing resident services; effectively plans and implements nursing services to provide quality care.Non-exempt. Pay range $33.00 to $34.50 an hour. Depending on experience. Part-time. Varied shifts, weekends and holidays. *New Grads are welcome to apply. *REQUIREMENTS: Education:Graduate of an accredited nursing school and currently licensed as an LVN/LPN to practice in applicable state.Experience/Training:Senior Care, Skilled Nursing, Hospital or Rehabilitation Experience Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members.Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing or caregiver experience preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Current LVN license in CaliforniaCurrent CPR certificationWhat's in it for you?
