Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate to evaluate new investment opportunities for their risks and possible returns, driven by detailed financial analysis as well as manage portfolio companies. The professional stepping into this position would work closely with our firm leadership to create, build and analyze financial models for potential acquisitions.
The ideal candidate would also be responsible for the creation of internal investment summaries based on third party information in addition to participating in the full length of our M&A process, including due-diligence while assisting in the negotiation of deal terms, and in the financial management of businesses once bought.
This is a full-time role, based 5 days a week in our Beverly Hills office.

Responsibilities
- Evaluating new investment opportunities for their risks and possible returns, driven by detailed financial analysis
- Actively participating in and driving the due diligence process when evaluating new investments
- Preparing material for the presentation of investment opportunities
- Providing financial oversight to new acquisitions throughout their transition and integration
- Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of valuation methodologies
- Strong financial modeling, attention to detail
- Full understanding of financial statements
- Experience preparing detailed financial models and company business valuations
- In depth experience forecasting Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and Profit and Loss Statements, including the linking of all 3 statements in one dynamic model
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective management and prioritization of multiple projects
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and good judgment
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, mathematics, finance or economics; MBA preferred
- 4 years of related work experience in financial services, consulting (restructuring), M&A investment banking or private equity is preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
