Housekeeper/Custodian

Essential Duties

• Empty all trash in areas of responsibility.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and entryway rugs. Spot clean stains as necessary.
• Clean all surfaces. Water fountains, windows, doors, wall hangings, etc.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Report any mechanical failures or damage to maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school graduate or comparable life experience.
• Must have general knowledge of proper custodial procedures.
  
  

Candidates Must Have

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
