- Assist faculty and staff with academic and administrative responsibilities.
- Assist with logistical planning and execution for student organization special events, including luncheons, school functions, and guest speakers.
- Assist with Robertson School of Government events.
- Complete research and writing projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and compose letters, minutes, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Strong sense of initiative and a high level of efficiency in completing work with limited supervision.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and to use diplomacy and discretion regarding student information.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to innovate for process simplification or improvement.
