Location: In-Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM 

Schedule: On-call (weekends included), as required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

About the Role: 

Are you passionate about sales and ready to get hands-on? We’re seeking a driven Mitigation Sales Technician to join our growing team! This hybrid role blends sales with on-site restoration work, focusing heavily on roofing. You’ll assess damage, recommend solutions, and close deals with both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property assessments to determine the extent of damage caused by water, fire, mold, or storm incidents.

• Provide expert recommendations on the most suitable restoration methods and solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure that restoration work is completed on time and to the highest standards.

• Assist in restoring properties, including tasks such as water extraction, mold remediation, fire damage clean-up, and debris removal.

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during restoration work to ensure the safety of both clients and team members.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database, ensuring timely follow-up and project updates.

• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and best practices in restoration services.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Sales experience is required: roofing, construction, or restoration required
• IICRC Certification required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in restoration (IICRC, etc.) or related fields are a plus. 
• Strong understanding of restoration services, including water, fire, mold remediation, and storm damage repairs.
• Ability to assess and evaluate property damage and offer appropriate restoration solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships. Self-starter with a results-driven approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
