Position Overview
We are hiring a seasoned Senior Living Project Superintendent to lead a senior housing development in Fort Worth, TX. This is a high-visibility, high-responsibility position requiring proven experience in the unique demands of senior living and healthcare construction. You’ll be the steady hand on-site — setting the pace, setting the tone, and ensuring the project is built right the first time.
What You’ll Lead
- Daily on-site operations, field coordination, and schedule execution for an upscale senior living project.
- Strong, professional relationships with subcontractors to keep the job productive, positive, and moving forward.
- All safety protocols, including OSHA compliance, daily/weekly safety meetings, and proactive risk management.
- Collaboration with Local Fire Marchall to ensure fire-life safety requirements are met with excellence.
- Preparation and execution of Texas HHSC State inspections — understanding their expectations and building accordingly.
- Quality control, site documentation, daily reports, and communication with the PM and leadership team.
- Assertive leadership that builds confidence and drives results — never aggressive, never negative.
- A jobsite culture that reflects Regent’s standard: organized, safe, efficient, and accountable.
What You Bring
- 10 years as a Superintendent, specifically in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing or healthcare construction.
- In-depth understanding of Texas HHSC requirements and past success in managing HHSC inspections.
- Strong experience working with Fire Marshals, fire-life safety systems, and code compliance.
- OSHA training (30 preferred) and the ability to lead safety with confidence and clarity.
- A mindset of ownership, problem-solving, and proactive communication.
- Ability to manage subs firmly but respectfully — keeping morale high while maintaining standards.
- Professionalism, consistency, and a team-first attitude aligned with Regent’s culture.
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar platforms is a plus.
