- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with providers, nurses, and MCO representatives to support HEDIS measures and ER utilization initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with scheduling, and support disease management programs.

- High school diploma or specialized training/certification (LPN or Credentialed Medical Assistant preferred).
- 1-2 years in a healthcare-related role with knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
