We are looking for a Network Engineer who will design, implement, and manage all network infrastructure across ReGenesis Health Care locations, ensuring reliable, secure performance that supports clinical and administrative operations. This role maintains LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN systems, manages firewalls, switches, routers, and responds to network issues to minimize downtime. A major focus includes enforcing security policies, monitoring threats, and ensuring HIPAA compliance across all systems.
Excellent salary up to $133,000 based on experience with excellent full-time benefits, sign-on bonus, and quarterly incentive.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VP
- Manage firewalls, switches, routers, and network security systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and enforce security policies.
- Support healthcare applications such as eClinicalWorks and telehealth platforms
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and manage vendor relationships.
- Participate in IT projects including upgrades, cloud integrations, and disaster recovery planning.

- Associate’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of professional experience in network engineering/administration (healthcare experience preferred).
- Experience managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, and helpdesk operations.
- Knowledge of medical operations and challenges is highly desirable.
- Expertise in IT systems, networks, and Microsoft platforms, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network , CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, Azure Network Engineer, or similar.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of professional experience in network engineering/administration (healthcare experience preferred).
- Experience managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, and helpdesk operations.
- Knowledge of medical operations and challenges is highly desirable.
