Exciting opportunity to join our clinical team as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). To be a successful Nurse Practitioner at ReGenesis Health Care you must be able to deliver primary medical care, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), to a wide variety of patients, be proficient with in-office procedural skills (or willing to learn quickly), and work with a team of physicians, nurses, and medical assistants.
The Advanced Practice Provider in this position will primarily provide Medication-Assisted Treatment of substance use disorders to patients across our locations in Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union, and Greenville counties.
Excellent salary range of $92,000 - $105,000 based on experience with excellent full-time benefits.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic health conditions.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including ordering labs and studies.
- Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatments for adults and pediatric patients.
- Deliver Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for patients with substance use disorders.
- Counsel and educate patients on positive health behaviors and disease management.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Develop treatment plans according to clinical protocols and refer patients appropriately.
- Perform basic in-office procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon placement, Pap smears, biopsies, joint injections, nail removals, suturing, wart cryotherapy, and incision & drainage.

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current South Carolina licensure as an APRN or Physician Assistant.
