What are the responsibilities and job description for the TEMP - Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at Regeneron?
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team by delivering the best experience for our candidates, HR business partners and Hiring Managers. This is a temporary role managed through our Global RPO partnership, and is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be working across multiple business units, gaining valuable TA experiences and insights with exposure to other Human Resource functions and COE’s. TAC’s are a key partner to the Recruiters by coordinating / scheduling a high volume of candidate interviews and providing systems and administrative support. As a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
• Creating detailed and complex candidate interview schedules
• Preparing for onsite interviews by booking appropriate conference rooms and aligning any required resources (business presentations, catering, etc.)
• Managing and communicating any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team
• Welcoming candidates on the day of their interview and collecting appropriate paperwork
• Escorting candidates to interviews while creating a great candidate experience.
• Drafting & delivery of candidate offer letters in a timely manner with supporting paperwork.
• Continually updating HR statuses of candidates and new hires within our Applicant Tracking System
• Auditing and processing candidate expenses
• Assisting your TAC team colleagues as needed
This job might be for you if:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. At least one year of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed. Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is a plus.
