What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Manager, Quality Compliance (External Partners) position at Regeneron?
We are currently looking to fill an Associate Manager, Quality Compliance position. This position will lead a team responsible for providing quality assurance oversight of External Partners to ensure compliance with QMS requirements specifically related to deviation reporting and investigations, CAPA compliance, and day-to-day QA support in regard to documentation review and approval.

Salary Range (annually)
$92,200.00 - $150,600.00
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
- Managing QA Compliance team with responsibilities of operating as a counterpart to External Manufacturing to provide QA support, review and approval of QMS records including, deviation, CAPA and change control.
- Managing QMS system associated with External QA operations.
- Mentoring direct reports and functional area counterparts in compliance requirements.
- Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives specific to External QA oversight.
- Ensuring appropriate training programs are executed for QMS systems.
- Support regulatory and customer audits.
- Excel in a quality focused organization
- Have knowledge of GMP compliance requirements
- Are experienced with electronic GMP documentation systems (Veeva a plus)
- Are organized and have an attention to detail
- Can prioritize multiple assignments and changing priorities
