Associate Manager, Quality Compliance (External Partners)

We are currently looking to fill an Associate Manager, Quality Compliance position. This position will lead a team responsible for providing quality assurance oversight of External Partners to ensure compliance with QMS requirements specifically related to deviation reporting and investigations, CAPA compliance, and day-to-day QA support in regard to documentation review and approval.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Managing QA Compliance team with responsibilities of operating as a counterpart to External Manufacturing to provide QA support, review and approval of QMS records including, deviation, CAPA and change control.
  • Managing QMS system associated with External QA operations.
  • Mentoring direct reports and functional area counterparts in compliance requirements.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives specific to External QA oversight.
  • Ensuring appropriate training programs are executed for QMS systems.
  • Support regulatory and customer audits.

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of Quality Assurance related work experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. May substitute proven experience for education requirement.
