Required:
- 1 year experience in a chiropractic office or similar setting
- Ability to adhere to schedule with punctuality
- Must be a people person
- Familiar with chiropractic and interested in health and wellness
- Able to lift 40lbs
- Lives a healthy lifestyle and believes “health is wealth”
- A super friendly, warm, caring, loving, empathetic and happy person
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to cross train and assist the team when needed to build this small office into its full potential
Preferred:
- Computer and Microsoft knowledge
- Nutrition and supplement knowledge is a super plus plus!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the chiropractor with patient therapies including traction, decompression, laser therapy, shockwave therapy and exercises
- Ensure proper documentation of patient visits
- Assist with answering phones and patient scheduling, as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment
- Participate/help organize office workshops
- Help create and participate in social media posts, videos, website blog and newsletters
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines
This position is approx. 35 to 40 hours per week based on the needs of the business. Due to the nature of a small business, adhering to the M-F schedule is crucial. Some weekends are required for outside events or seminars.
Chiropractic care with our doctor will be available to you immediately. Short term disability and other benefits with Aflac will be available after 6 months of employment. NO health insurance benefits provided.
