Role Description
This is a full-time, role based in Raleigh, NC for a Customer Service & Billing Representative. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving billing issues, ensuring high-quality support experiences, and maintaining accurate records. The representative will work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions and handle transactions efficiently. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proven experience in delivering Customer Satisfaction and ensuring an excellent Customer Experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and resolve billing or service-related issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer accounts and records
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and relevant software
- Ability to work in a team-oriented on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
- Prior experience in billing or order management is a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
