Home Base is Regency Wenatchee
Responsibilities include 1 day a week at Harmony House, Brewster, WA and 1 day a week at Regency Omak, Omak, WA
As a registered dietitian in a skilled nursing facility, you will share your knowledge of nutrition, ensuring exceptional care for the residents.
You will:
Review residents and complete RD assessment on admit, annual, condition change, and quarterly prn.
- Attend Nutrition at risk meetings with IDT and make appropriate recommendations,
- Proficiency with PCC preferred.
- Quarterly kitchen inspection with Dietary Manager and follow up with prn in-services/training
- Work with facility IDT to provide excellent nutrition care for residents.
- Skilled nursing, long term care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of menus, modified diets, and sanitation and safety within the kitchen.
You currently:
- Are a registered dietician in the state applied.
- Experience with enteral nutrition required.
- Experience with Point Click Care preferred.
- Typical candidates have at least two years of experience in skilled nursing.
