Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Escrow Officer role located in Coppell, TX. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing the real estate closing process, coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a timely and accurate settlement. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing escrow documents, handling funds disbursement, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Other or more detailed duties
Manage residential (and some commercial) transactions from open to close
Deliver a seamless, white-glove closing experience
Work closely with realtors, lenders, and builders
Clear title issues and ensure smooth, on-time closings
Handle CDs, funding, and disbursements with precision
Maintain full compliance with TDI, TRID, and RESPA
✅ What You Bring
5 years of Texas escrow experience (REQUIRED)
Ability to run a high-volume pipeline independently
Strong knowledge of Texas title and closing practices
Experience with SoftPro, Qualia, RamQuest, or similar systems
A client-first mindset and strong communication skills

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
