What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Regency Supply?
Are you an enthusiastic, energetic individual? Do you have warehouse and delivery driving experience? Regency Supply is the premier wholesale electrical distributor for our Orange County Branch. Serving Los Angeles and surrounding areas, we have a large full-line inventory of electrical products and a knowledgeable staff with decades of experience and unrivaled customer service.
A great candidate will have good character, be reliable, have knowledge of the logistics industry, and have experience in a pick-and-pack environment. This shift is 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
- This candidate must have customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and high integrity.
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to drive in different weather conditions
- Must have great communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to grow and improve.
- We’re looking for a self-starter (someone who challenges himself/herself), someone who has a strong sense of dedication to work and to teammates, and who is excited to work in the warehouse.
- Must be comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps to manage daily schedules, deliveries, and route information through the Elite EXTRA platform.
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must possess an active California Driver's license with a clean driving record and have held a driver's license for a minimum of three years. A clean driving record is defined as: no major violations within the past 5 years and no more than two minor violations within the past 3 years
The typical full-time hourly hiring range for this job in Chatsworth, CA, is $18 - $21.
