Role and Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate entry of accounts payable invoices for multiple locations
- Payment of accounts payable
- Reporting and entry of accounts receivable
- Cash management entries and reporting
- Bank reconciliations for multiple locations
- Heavy use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Communication with multiple staff at communities via phone, email, etc.
- Light receptionist duties
- Filing
- Special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Accounting or business office experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
Preferred Skills
- Organization and strong analytical skills
- Confident self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
- Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach
- Good communicator, verbal and written
- Good people skills with customer service mentality
- Proficient at Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks and/or accounting software
