JOB SUMMARY: This entry-level, temporary position offers comprehensive exposure to the Property Management department by supporting daily tasks related to equipment updates within Facility Manager. Responsibilities include utilizing Facility Manager to oversee and maintain accurate processes for validating system information critical to company operations. The role also encompasses contributing to special projects aligned with organizational objectives, such as researching and recommending improvements for equipment validation procedures, assisting with file organization, analyzing documentation, and supporting enhanced reporting functions.
EDUCATION: A university class level of Junior or Senior.
EXPERIENCE: A working knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in use of Excel and Word for Windows
- A Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or comparable Major
- Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate or legal matters is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION: Regency is flexible to permit non-paid time off for Fall classes.
