As LPN Nurse Manager, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day activities of caregiving staff. Evaluate and assess patient needs, including health, resources, and environment. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, and training/supervision of caregiver staff.

You Will
- Train staff and assist the Wellness Director
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, self-care, and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
- Ensure care as indicated on residents' treatment and service plans.
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
- Provide oversight and training to care staff.
- Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
- Typical candidates have one year of supervisor experience in a healthcare setting.
- Have experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
