Regency Olympia is a quaint, 28 bed facility with a family vibe. We are looking for an RN to provide weekend supervision and support to our floor nurse and NAC staff in order to provide safe, quality care for our residents. Duties may include care planning, incident investigations, care audits, resident assessment and collaboration with other care partners. As a charge nurse, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations
  
  

You Currently

• Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
