What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at Regency Multifamily Services?
Duties:
- Answering telephone inquiries, email and internet inquiries, assisting prospects and giving tours, pursuant to training guidelines
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and execute all lease appointments and documents
- Assist Manager with monthly Community marketing plan; performs weekly outreach marketing activities
- Enforce community policies and regulations, addressing any violations or disputes that may arise
- Plan and organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for tracking maintenance requests and work orders
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
