WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS AN APARTMENT FACILITIES TECHNICIAN:
- Travel directly from home to assigned job sites each day
- Complete a wide variety of maintenance and repair requests
- Turn over apartment units, including painting when needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Document all work performed and communicate updates clearly
- Participate in occasional virtual team meetings
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR APARTMENT FACILITIES TECHNICIAN:
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented approach
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 2 years of experience in residential maintenance or equivalent repair ability (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
