Commission Sales with a Forgivable Minimum Wage Draw

Join Ashley Furniture as a Furniture Sales Professional and turn your people skills, energy, and ambition into a rewarding sales career. This is a commission-based position with a forgivable draw based on the applicable minimum wage. 

You’ll help customers find furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings that fit their style, needs, and budget while building relationships and earning based on your performance. 

No furniture or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed. 

Compensation 

• Approximately $60,000 average first-year earnings 

• Unlimited commission potential 

• Monthly bonus opportunities 

• Forgivable draw based on the applicable minimum wage for hours worked. If your earned commissions are below the draw, the shortfall is forgiven—you do not repay it or carry it forward against future commissions. 

• Top performers can earn $100,000 annually 

• Highest earner at Regency Management Services has earned over $150,000 

What You’ll Do 

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience 

• Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs 

• Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on each customer’s lifestyle and budget 

• Guide customers through the complete sales process from greeting to purchase 

• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options 

• Stay current on product knowledge and design trends 

• Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business 

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals 

• Contribute to overall store sales and team performance 

• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom 

• Accurately process sales transactions and complete required paperwork

• Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed 

Retail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, automotive, wireless, or other sales experience is a plus—but not required.
