WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll earn a competitive hourly wage between $25 and $27, based on experience. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

- $40 per month tool allowance
- Mileage allowance
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours emergency availability required. Daily travel to job sites is necessary; employees are dispatched directly from home and do not need to check in at a central office. A monthly mileage log must be submitted to receive a travel allowance for commuting expenses. Employees are expected to plan their routes efficiently, drive during optimal hours, and organize their day to minimize travel distance.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
You start your day as a Maintenance Technician, organizing your schedule and heading straight from home to your first job site. Throughout the day, you handle a variety of maintenance requests, turn over apartments (sometimes painting units), and make sure every work area is clean and safe. You follow safety guidelines, use protective gear, and maintain detailed documentation of each task you complete. You attend occasional virtual meetings and, when needed, respond to after-hours emergencies. Your role is essential to keeping our properties running smoothly and residents satisfied.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall installation and repairs
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated and efficient
- Ability to follow instructions and work individually and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years of experience as a residential maintenance technician or demonstrated ability to repair residential items professionally (preferred)
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English (preferred)
