- Landscape construction or installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, or installing pavers, retaining walls, drainage, or planting is a plus
- Ability to work safely and as part of a professional team
Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications, plus paid holidays, paid vacation, performance-based bonus opportunities, uniforms, continuing education, and opportunities for advancement.
