Pay: $35.00–$40.00/hour
About the Role
Regency Home HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team for a private home case in Cloquet, MN. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, small-team environment with flexible scheduling options. As an RN in this role, you’ll provide one-on-one care to clients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, hands-on nursing care to clients in a private home setting
- Advocate for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients
- Conduct health assessments and ongoing monitoring; report findings to supervising staff and physicians
- Perform medical treatments and interventions as prescribed
- Coordinate, attend, and follow up on medical appointments
- Manage and track medical supplies, medications, and equipment
- Maintain a safe, positive, and professional care environment
- Work independently while communicating effectively with the care team
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (additional state licensure may be required as the agency expands)
- REQUIRED: Current CPR certification
- Strong judgment, integrity, and initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
