Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Part-Time
Location: Osseo, MN (Client’s Residential Home)
Pay: $16.00/hour
Job Type: Part-Time and/or Full-Time (as needed)
Schedule: *The PCA will coordinate with the client to finalize the weekly schedule according to permitted hours, staying in compliance with amount of authorized hours allowed

What You'll Do
As a PCA, you will assist with daily living activities to help clients live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own home.
Who We're Looking For
Compassionate, reliable, and respectful individuals
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
Willingness to learn — training is provided!
Duties include:
Assisting with mobility and ambulation support
Helping with range-of-motion exercises and respiratory support
Supporting personal hygiene needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assisting with meal preparation, eating, shopping, and errands
Performing light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment
Providing timely medication reminders
Responding quickly and appropriately to any emergency situations
