We are looking for compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregivers to assist elderly patients with their daily living activities. As a caregiver at Regency Care, you will provide essential support in the home, ensuring that our patients feel comfortable, respected, and well-cared for. You will assist with both personal care duties and homemaking tasks, helping to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including assistance with grooming and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transferring patients in and out of bed or chairs.
- Help with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Medication reminders and assist with basic health reminders.
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with patients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car.
- Compassionate, caring, and patient with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and assist with physical mobility as needed.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
