Director of Clinical Services
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all clinical operations within the organization
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Ensure client rights are protected and upheld at all times
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical services
- educate clinical staff including initial competencies and annual competencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
