Overview:
Regency Home Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Private Duty Nursing and skilled team. This in-person position is crucial for delivering high-quality care to patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support in their homes.Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Manage and oversee the clinical operations of private duty nursing services and clinical team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Care Coordination: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with nursing staff, focusing on patients with trach and vent needs.
- Staff Supervision: Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing staff on best practices for trach and ventilator management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services comply with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote seamless care delivery.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor patient outcomes, analyze data, and implement improvement strategies to enhance care effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education & License: Current RN license in NH
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, specifically in trach and ventilator care.
- Management Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
