Regency Electric, Inc., A Norlee Company, is looking for a highly motivated Foreman in the area to join our team. This role requires a very specific background. Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all phases of commercial construction.

What this Role will Do:
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations. Commercial Experience is a MUST, we need a strong leader.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures.
- Be able to operate various types of equipment, as well as to read, cross-reference, and explain blueprints to co-workers. It will be necessary to manage a crew of electricians and be responsible for meeting a demanding job schedule.
- Communication skills to convey information to others effectively, including follow safety rules and adhering to company policies.
- Ability to successfully organize, plan and prioritize work.
- Must have NEC code knowledge, Journeyman preferable.
- Must have your own hand tools.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Requires a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug test.
- Comfortable lifting at least fifty pounds, and work safely while on ladders.
