- Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts used for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance schedules and respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to uphold a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment & HVAC maintenance.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments such as ohmmeters.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance tasks on machinery or HVAC is highly preferred.
