The RN Unit Manager will play a vital role in leading our nursing staff and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of nursing care, collaborating with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Review and implement nursing procedures and systems to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
Evaluate and assess nursing practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork among nursing staff.
Requirements:
Current state nursing licensure required.
CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired.
Proven leadership and management experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
