Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Wellness Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Wellness Associate, you will be the face of ReGen—guiding clients through services, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients, creating a warm and welcoming experience
- Educate clients on available wellness services and memberships
- Assist clients with therapy setup and ensure proper usage of equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
- Manage scheduling, bookings, and client accounts
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Promote memberships, packages, and retail offerings
- Ensure all safety and sanitation protocols are followed
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Academic training and experience in health-fitness and wellness and/or communications
- Strong interest in health, wellness, or holistic therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new technologies and wellness equipment
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
