As a Technical Integration Manager at Regard, you will provide technical project management support throughout customer integration and onboarding. You will work in partnership with the respective client's Customer Success Manager and Provider Success Manager to execute strategies to support the overall health of the account. These strategies include timely execution of integration and implementation project plans, fostering relationships across key client stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improving onboarding and user feedback processes. This role will report to the VP of Customer Success and work to ensure a world-class client experience. About RegardOur mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. We want you to join us.Responsibilities:Lead and support the technical integration of new and existing clients, including project planning, integration, configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-launch activitiesManage customer environments end-to-end, handling setup, validation, and ongoing troubleshooting of connectivity, configuration, and data integration issuesAct as the primary point of contact for all technical project communications, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and client IT teams or leadershipGuide clients and technical teams through FHIR integrations and clinical data mapping, offering hands-on support beyond documentation and leading weekly technical review callsFoster strong relationships with clients and users to drive adoption, promote advocacy, and ensure the product’s value is communicated across stakeholdersMaintain deep product expertise to support user training, answer technical questions, and recommend tailored solutions that meet client needsContinuously identify and improve gaps in integration and implementation processes, contributing to the development of scalable, repeatable best practicesSupport cross-functional initiatives and step into non-standard responsibilities as needed to ensure project and team success — from issue triage to ad-hoc team collaborationQualifications:4 years professional experience in technical integration, project management, or other relevant experience, with 1 years in a healthcare environment1 years of coding/scripting (e.g., Python) experienceExperience with PyCharm, GitLab, Jira, Excel, Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)Basic command line proficiency in macOS terminal (zsh/bash)Experience leading meetings with client stakeholdersLocated within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel to client sites, as needed (25% of time)Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hospitals and/or health systemsFamiliarity with EMR companies such as Epic/CernerProven ability to run data analyses to support project success trackingExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to respectfully debate ideas, take pragmatic approaches, and work hard to accomplish goals with your teamPassionate about learning, improving, and helping your team do the sameExcited about working with a nimble, small team in a dynamic startup environmentLocation \u007C Work AuthorizationFor this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorshipStrong preference for candidates who are within the New York City metro area willing to work a hybrid (2 days/week) schedule from our HQPreference for candidates located within New York, Chicago and metropolitan areas on the West CoastFor those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches and other fun perksAdditionally, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per yearComp \u007C Perks \u007C Benefits Eligible for equity99% employer paid health benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) One Medical subscription18 PTO days/yr 1 week holiday breakAnnual $750 learning & development stipendCompany-sponsored team retreat social eventsA sabbatical programAt Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $100,000 to $135,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity, benefits, and other perks.
