Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the landscaping company. This role ensures efficient business operations, provides support to administrative and operations staff, maintains customer satisfaction, and helps drive company growth. The Office Manager acts as a key liaison between field operations, office personnel, customers, vendors, and company leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Handles customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
- Monitors customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
- Supports sales efforts and contract renewals.
- Processes customer payments and maintains accurate payment records.
- Reconciles invoices, payments, and customer account balances.
- Works closely with customers to resolve billing questions or discrepancies.
- Assists with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees.
- Maintains personnel files and employment records.
- Supports employee performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Associates/Bachelors preferred.
- 3 years in office administration or related experience required.
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and CRM software
