Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and implementing daily activity programs
- Encourage resident participation in group and individual activities
- Help set up and clean up activity areas
- Escort residents to and from activities as needed
- Support special events, holiday programs, and weekend activities
- Maintain a positive, respectful environment for residents
- Follow facility policies and safety guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in long-term care or activities preferred, but not required
- Outgoing, patient, and compassionate personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance, including every other weekend
- Full-time hours
