Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to our patients and residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and medical treatments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
- Valid MA CNA certificate in good standing
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Pass a background check and pre-employment screening
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (as required by RegalCare)
