About the Role
As the Director, Admissions, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Admissions department, including but not limited to:
• Managing the Admission Process: Effectively coordinate and facilitate the admission process for new patients, ensuring timely and efficient transfer of care.
• Leading a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of Admissions staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Developing and Implementing Admissions Strategies: Design and implement admissions policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize patient flow.
• Collaborating with Other Departments: Foster strong relationships with other departments, including Nursing, Medical Records, and Billing to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
