Licensed Director of Social Services

Regalcare of Quincy is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center committed to compassionate, resident-centered care. We’re currently seeking a motivated licensed Social Services / Admissions Coordinator to support residents and families while helping guide a smooth admissions process. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate admissions from referral through intake
• Support residents and families with social service needs and care planning
• Communicate with hospitals, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with discharge planning and transitions of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, and referral sources
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• License eligible or current LSW, LCSW or LICSW required- Masters Level Preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach
• Knowledge of insurance and discharge planning is a plus
