Woodlake at Tolland is a short and long term care facility located in Tolland, CT. We are currently seeking CNA's to join our team!Woodlake at Tolland is a top-rated skilled nursing facility known for its welcoming environment and commitment to quality care. Job Description:

  • Provide hands-on care and support with daily living activities
  • Monitor resident health and communicate with nursing staff
  • Promote a positive, comfortable environment for our residents
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations


What You’ll Need:

  • Active CNA certification in Connecticut
  • A heart for caring and helping others
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Previous long-term care experience is a plus!

Salary : $20 - $22
