Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records/Central Supply Coordinator. This is a full-time position responsible for managing medical records and overseeing central supply operations.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records/Central Supply Coordinator. This is a full-time position responsible for managing medical records and overseeing central supply operations.
Responsibilities:
This is a full time position Hourly Monday through Friday.
- Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical records, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Coordinate the release of medical records to authorized individuals and agencies as needed
- Manage inventory and ordering of central supply items, such as medical supplies and equipment
- Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as necessary to support patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to address any medical records or supply-related issues
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information and records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in medical records management or central supply coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including electronic medical records systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
