RegalCare at Harwich is a short and long term care facility located in Harwich, MA. We are currently seeking a Medical Records/Central Supply to join our team!

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records/Central Supply Coordinator. This is a full-time position responsible for managing medical records and overseeing central supply operations.

Responsibilities:

This is a full time position Hourly Monday through Friday.

  • Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical records, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Coordinate the release of medical records to authorized individuals and agencies as needed
  • Manage inventory and ordering of central supply items, such as medical supplies and equipment
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as necessary to support patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to address any medical records or supply-related issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information and records


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in medical records management or central supply coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including electronic medical records systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
