Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations to ensure high-quality resident care and services.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
- Promote positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
- Drive occupancy growth and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure survey readiness and successful regulatory outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Skilled nursing facility or long-term care leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, reimbursement systems, and healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
