We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Woodlake at Tolland, a short and long-term care facility located in Tolland, Connecticut. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide direct patient care and supervise other nurses and caregivers as needed
- Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Valid CT RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in a SNF setting is strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Physical and mental stamina to perform job duties
