- We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Regional Maintenance Director to oversee multiple long-term care facilities across Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing physical plant systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting facility teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Oversee maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all Life Safety Code regulations and state/federal requirements.
- Direct and support facility maintenance teams in preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
- Participate in and prepare facilities for state and federal surveys.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and capital improvement projects.
- Extensive long-term care experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of physical plant systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Well-versed in the survey process and Life Safety Code compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within Massachusetts.
