- Maintain accurate census and referral data, ensuring timely and compliant documentation.
- Conduct facility tours and provide information about services and programs.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure admissions decisions align with resident needs and facility capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships within the community and healthcare network.
- Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the facility’s programs and services.
- Previous experience in healthcare admissions, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance eligibility requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
