Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing department to ensure the highest quality of care.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
Current RN license in Massachusetts (required).
3–5 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
