Your Role in the Production
- As a key member of our Digital Architecture & Engineering team, you will:
- Champion whole-team quality, ensuring excellence is built in — not bolted on
- Ask the questions that prevent third-act surprises
- Promote strong testing habits and shared ownership across squads
- Help teams ship small, safe, and confident releases
- Embed quality thinking throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers and QE peers on TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and continuous improvement
- Participate in design and code reviews, influencing testability and maintainability from day one
- Strengthen automated test coverage within CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback loops
- Perform automated and exploratory testing to validate functionality, performance, and security
- Your work ensures every digital experience runs as smoothly as a perfectly timed scene change.
You’ll shine in this role if you bring:
- 4 years of software quality engineering experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- A deep understanding of Agile practices, including TDD, BDD, and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Knowledge of accessibility, performance, or security testing
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification
